Located in a traditional residential district on the Tejo river, just a short hop from the sights of Lisbon. Algés is especially well served by train and tram, 15 mins to Cais do Sodre and 25 minutes to Cascais. With plenty of shops and cafes, it even has its own beach, riverside walkway and a great sport centre ‘Jamor’ nearby – (golf course, 35 tennis courts, 50m swimming pool).

The apartment has retained its period charm through sympathetic restoration. It has 2 double bedrooms, a dressing room, lounge, kitchen, closed terrace, bathroom and shared roof terrace. Furnished.

Monthly rent: € 800/month (+ bills) for the whole apartment in low and mid seasons. Higher rate in high season ie June to October. Tenants will be subject to employment checks.

In this T2 + 1 apartment (2 bedrooms +1) you will be able to enjoy late afternoons on the common terrace overlooking the Tagus River as well as walk down to the local riverside promenade and beach of Algés. An easy walk to the Algés train station enables you to catch the train to Cais do Sodre (Lisbon centre) or the other direction to Cascais. Alternatively take the no.15 tram to Belém, Alcantara and Cais do Sodre. Nearby plenty of shops and cafes.
